We do not accept rush orders unless previously approved.
 
• Production time is 3-5 days
• Shipping is 1-7 business days (Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories: Orders may take up to 2–3 weeks to arrive due to extended shipping routes.)
• Unfortunately, there is no option for expedited processing or shipping.
 
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and order details.
Approved replacements or partial refunds are offered at our discretion after review.
